Our goal is to find great tenants at market rent and keep the vacancy as low as possible to maximise your returns. We also take care of all the maintenance and repairs that need to be up to date for the durability and long-term health & condition of the property. We do periodic walk throughs of the property to assure all issues are attended to in a timely manner.

LEASING FEE
$450 + GST (per unit)
Charged only after the property is successfully rented.
Property Management Fee

10% of Gross Monthly Rent Collected (per unit)

No fees during vacancy — we only charge based on actual rent collected.
Lease Renewal Fee

$150 + GST (per unit)

Charged only if current tenants renew their lease.

If tenants vacate, a new Leasing Fee applies once new tenants are found.
NR4/NR6 Filing Fee
(Non-Resident Owners)
$250 + GST (per year)
Required for compliance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
